Test recording

I love the ability to export to excel in the new release, this is going to make things much easier with users! I know awhile back there was also hope of a record test ability similar to a silenium function as well. Is this still in the works for a Q2 release?

Hi Michelle,

We have already completed a great deal of work on the automation side of Vienna, and all of us at NMQA are very excitied about it. However, we have recieved lots of feedback from our users and we're trying our best to fit all enhancement requests into our development roadmap as possible, and prioritise by request popularity. This has meant the release of our automation functionality has been pushed back to Q3. This does give our team a little extra time with it so it will be worth the wait!

Test Run

Hi ,

I have downloaded Vienna Desktop Edition today on my PC and now trying to use Test Run functionallity which it has - but its not working properly - as I am doing web based project and for eg my web site is xxxx.....- I am unable to use this funationality - can you please advise me on this in detail .

Dear Annie,

Can you please provide us more information about where you are having the issues in Test Run and perhaps screenshots. Have you created a Test Run and trying to execute it?

Please note that, in order to create a Test Run, you must first create an Environment in the Environments module and create Test Cases which should be added to the Test Run.
