I've just installed QA desktop on my local workstation and it works fine!

What I want to know if it is possble to give colleagues access to the SQL server database installed on my workstation. So they can connect with their local desktop version to my local installed SQL server database?

If possible, how should I configure that?

Dear Leander,

Thank you for your interest in QABook!

To answer you question, our free desktop edition is a single user version which cannot connect to a remote shared central database.

If you would like to share data across the team you are required to upgrade to our Client/Server offering.

For more information about Client/Server, please follow the link below:

If you would like to find out about the pricing, please email support@nmqa.com

Kind Regards,
NMQA Support
